"Goulash"

Keeping with the V8 theme, here's a simple, good one Erik introduced me to courtesy of his mom:
  1. Brown 1lb hamburger and season to taste. (Adding some onion would probably be good, but Erik hates them.)
  2. Boil pasta of choice. We usually use large elbows or medium shells.
  3. Mix hamburger, pasta, a can of corn (drained), and a jumbo can of V8. (This is where the shells are nice. They hold extra juice).
  4. Heat through.
  5. Top with cheese once you dish it up.
Quick, easy, and delicious!

Thanks Leonora,

This sounds good and easy and I was actually looking for a new recipe this week due to budget crunch. This sounds like it would not be very expensive.

Leonora,

My husband asked for this meal again, he really liked it and it is so easy.
